What services we offer
Artificial intelligence automation, tailored to your needs:
- Free AI audit: we analyse which repetitive tasks can be automated and email you an indicative report. The audit does not oblige you to buy anything.
- Implementation: we configure and integrate the automations set out in the written offer (for example AI assistants, automated workflows, connections between the applications you use).
- Maintenance: monitoring, adjustments and support for the implemented automations, if you choose this service.

VAT is added to the prices displayed. You will find the final price, including VAT, in the written offer you receive before committing, and in the contract. There are no hidden costs: everything you pay is listed in the offer.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer, on the basis of a pro forma invoice or an invoice that you receive by email. We do not take money from your account without action on your part.
Implementation timelines
The first automations are usually operational within 10–14 working days of acceptance of the offer. The exact timeline for your project is set out in the written offer and in the contract.
We do not start work during the 14-day withdrawal period unless you expressly request us to do so (see below).
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
- You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.
- You withdraw by sending a clear statement by email to contact@ai-automated.eu. The highlighted “Withdraw from the contract here” button, present on all pages, takes you to the Withdrawal from the contract page, where we can pre-fill your email with the text of the model form.
- We will confirm receipt by a reply email, without undue delay.
- We will reimburse your money no later than 14 days, using the same means of payment that you used, free of charge.
- If you expressly requested us to start within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only an amount proportionate to what we have performed up to the withdrawal.
- If the service has been fully performed, with your prior express consent and after you confirmed that you know you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, this right no longer applies (Art. 16(a) of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights).

Complaints
Write to us at contact@ai-automated.eu, with a short description of the problem. We will confirm receipt and respond within 30 days at the latest.
ANPC and alternative dispute resolution (SAL/ADR)
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor – ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection), including through the alternative dispute resolution (SAL/ADR) procedure: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
Applicable law
The contract is governed by Romanian law. As an individual, you have all the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation, and these cannot be limited by contract. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the competent courts in accordance with the law, including the court of your place of domicile.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
