These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the ai-automated.eu website and the free AI audit offered through it. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by S.C. Secure IT Solutions S.R.L. (“AI-Automated”, “we”).

Contact: contact@ai-automated.eu · WhatsApp: +40 750 293 932

2. What the website offers and who it is for

The website presents our artificial intelligence automation services (implementation, integration, maintenance, consulting) and publishes informative articles about automation and AI on the blog.

Our services are intended for companies, authorised natural persons (PFA), individual and family enterprises, professionals, and also for individuals purchasing in their own name, outside a professional activity (consumers). For consumers, the rules in section 5 and the Consumer Information page also apply.

The information on the website is general and informative in nature. It does not constitute a firm offer, nor legal, tax or other advice tailored to your situation.

3. The free AI audit

  • The AI audit is requested through the form on the home page, is free of charge and does not oblige you to purchase any service.
  • The report is generated with the help of an artificial intelligence system, based on the information you send us through the form, and is sent to you by email. The quality of the recommendations depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information.
  • The report is indicative: estimates of time saved, costs or benefits are approximate and do not constitute a guarantee of any results.
  • Please do not include in the form confidential information, trade secrets or personal data of your customers or employees.
  • By submitting the form, you allow us to contact you to discuss the report. The data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Prices, offers and contracts

The prices displayed on the website are indicative and start from:

Package Indicative price
Starter from €120 + VAT
Business from €1,000 + VAT
Enterprise from €5,000 + VAT

VAT is added to the prices displayed. The final price, including VAT, delivery times, the level of support and any warranties are established in the written offer and in the service agreement, according to your specific requirements. Payment is made by bank transfer, on the basis of a pro forma invoice or an invoice.

The provision of services begins only after the offer has been accepted and the contract has been concluded. In the event of any inconsistency between the information on the website and the contract, the contract prevails, except for the rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be limited by contract.

5. Consumer rights (individuals)

This section applies if you conclude the contract as an individual, outside a commercial or professional activity.

5.1. The 14-day right of withdrawal

Under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you may withdraw from a service contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason and without any costs other than those set out below.

5.2. How to withdraw

Before the 14-day period expires, you send us a clear statement of withdrawal by email to contact@ai-automated.eu.

  • The highlighted “Withdraw from the contract here” button, present on all pages of the website, takes you to the Withdrawal from the contract page. There you can fill in a few fields, and the page opens your email application with the message already pre-filled with the text of the model form; you only need to send it.
  • You may also write an email directly, with or without the model form; use of the model form is not mandatory.

We will confirm receipt of your statement by a reply email (durable medium), without undue delay. The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14-day period expires.

5.3. Starting the service before the period expires

We do not start providing the service during the withdrawal period unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to start within the 14 days and then withdraw within the period, you owe us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal, in relation to the total price under the contract.

5.4. When the right of withdrawal is lost

Pursuant to Art. 16(a) of OUG no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal no longer applies after the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and after you acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.

5.5. Reimbursement

We will reimburse the amounts received (less the proportionate amount referred to in point 5.3, where applicable) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment that you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the reimbursement.

5.6. Complaints, ANPC and ADR

You may send us any complaint at contact@ai-automated.eu; we respond within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor – ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection), including through the alternative dispute resolution (SAL/ADR) procedure: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

The right of withdrawal described above does not apply to companies and professionals contracting for the purposes of their business. For them, termination or cancellation of the services takes place in accordance with the signed contract.

6. Proper use of the website

You undertake not to use the website:

  • to transmit false or misleading information, or information on behalf of another person;
  • to send unsolicited messages, malicious code or illegal content;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to the website, our servers or our systems, or to disrupt their operation;
  • to automatically extract (scrape) the content in large volumes without our written consent.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile against automated submissions. We may block access or disregard requests that breach these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, graphics, logos, structure, code) belongs to S.C. Secure IT Solutions S.R.L. or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark legislation. You may quote short excerpts, indicating the source and a link to the original page. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written consent.

8. Content generated with artificial intelligence

The articles on the blog and some images and video materials on the website (including the logo animation in the header) are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and are labelled accordingly, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). You can find details in the AI Content Policy. Although we check the content, inaccuracies may occur; please report any error to us at contact@ai-automated.eu.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

10. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date and that the website operates without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (for example loss of profit or loss of data) resulting from the use of the information on the website or of the free audit report, or from the inability to access the website.

Liability for contracted services is as established in the service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law.

11. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the cookies used are described in the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when our services or the legislation change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of the website after an update means acceptance of the new version.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement shall first be resolved amicably, by writing to us at contact@ai-automated.eu. If no agreement is reached:

  • for consumers, the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in accordance with the law; as an individual, you may also choose the court of your place of domicile. You may also use the ADR (SAL) procedure described in section 5.6. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants you as a consumer;
  • for companies and professionals, the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of our registered office in Bucharest.
