This page explains which content on ai-automated.eu is produced with the help of artificial intelligence, how we label it and how you can report an error to us, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (AI Act).
Why this page
From 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the AI Act requires that texts generated or manipulated by an artificial intelligence system and published for the purpose of informing the public, as well as images and video materials generated or manipulated with AI, be labelled accordingly. We use AI in our work and we want it to be clear exactly where.
What content is produced with AI
Blog articles
The articles published on the blog are generated with the help of a generative artificial intelligence system. The system receives an editorial brief (topic, angle, reference sources) and produces the text in Romanian.
Each article contains at the end a visible notice indicating the use of AI and a link to this page.
Images and video
Some images and video materials on the website are generated with AI, including the logo animation in the website header. These materials are labelled as AI-generated.
The AI audit report
The report emailed after you complete the audit form is generated with the help of an artificial intelligence model (Claude, developed by Anthropic), based on the information in the form. The report is indicative. You can find details about the data processed in the Privacy Policy.
What we do not use
There is no virtual assistant (chatbot) on the website for you to converse with.
What our team checks
- Choice of topic – article topics are chosen from previously approved topic lists or from external sources;
- Editorial direction – the angle, target audience and language (Romanian, with diacritics) are set in advance;
- Post-publication review – we monitor articles for accuracy and may correct or withdraw inaccurate content.
What AI cannot guarantee
Artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. We recommend that you verify important data (figures, names, quotations, dates) in independent primary sources before making decisions based on an article.
Your personal data
For blog articles, we do not enter personal data of readers or of other persons into the AI system. The content is based on public information and on the general knowledge of the system.
Reports and corrections
If you notice a factual error or problematic content, write to us at contact@ai-automated.eu. We review each report within 72 working hours at the latest and publish corrections on the page of the article concerned.
Legal framework

- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data;
