# Withdrawal from the contract

If you have concluded a contract with us as an **individual** (consumer), you may withdraw from it **within 14 days of its conclusion**, without giving any reason. Withdrawal is simple, with no account and no phone call required, **by email to [contact@ai-automated.eu](mailto:contact@ai-automated.eu)** (Art. 11^1 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, as amended to transpose Directive (EU) 2023/2673).

## How it works

1. Fill in the fields on this page: your name, the contract or offer concerned and the date of conclusion.
2. The page opens your email application with a message to contact@ai-automated.eu, pre-filled with the text of the model form below. Check the message and send it.
3. We will confirm receipt of your statement by a **reply email** (durable medium), without undue delay.

You may also write an email directly to [contact@ai-automated.eu](mailto:contact@ai-automated.eu), using the model below or any other clear statement saying that you are withdrawing from the contract. Use of the model form is not mandatory.

The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14-day period expires.

## What happens after withdrawal

- We will reimburse the amounts received **no later than 14 days** from the date on which you informed us, using the same means of payment that you used, free of charge.
- If you expressly requested us to start performance within the 14 days, you owe an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the date of withdrawal.
- The right of withdrawal no longer applies if the service has been fully performed, with your prior express consent and after you confirmed that you know you thereby lose this right (Art. 16(a) of OUG no. 34/2014).

## Companies and professionals

If you contracted as a company or professional, for the purposes of your business, the statutory right of withdrawal described above does not apply.
