Secure IT Solutions S.R.L., uses, what we use them for, how long they remain in your browser and how you can change your choice at any time. ## What cookies are A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage). On this page, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies. ## Our rule - **Strictly necessary cookies** are always active, because without them the website cannot operate securely. The law does not require consent for them (Art. 4(5^1) of Law no. 506/2004 on electronic communications privacy). - **Analytics and marketing cookies** are activated **only if you give your consent**, through the banner displayed on your first visit. We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic implementation: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel do not load at all until you accept. - The "Accept all" and "Reject all" buttons have equal visual prominence. Rejecting does not limit your access to the website. ## How to change your choice At any time, via the **"Cookie settings"** link in the footer of every page. You can withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Your choice is stored for **182 days** (approximately 6 months). After that, we ask you again. They are not used for advertising. ### Analytics (only with consent) They help us understand, statistically, how the website is used: which pages are visited and where visitors come from. We use Google Analytics 4. ### Marketing (only with consent) They allow us to measure whether our ads on Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) bring in visitors and audit requests. They activate Google Ads conversion measurement, Meta Pixel and storing the visit source for 90 days. If you have given your consent to marketing and you submit the audit form, our automation server (n8n) sends the request event to Meta through the Conversions API, together with your email address and phone number **in irreversibly encrypted form (hash)**. Without your consent to marketing, we do not send this event. ## Transfers outside the EU Google, Meta and Cloudflare may also process this data in the USA, on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or of the standard contractual clauses.
